Recently I had to move a classic automobile from a building I sold. The car had not been moved in nearly 20 years. After researching local towing companies I decided upon Jaybird Towing and made an appointment to have them move the automobile. Jaybird called me approximately an hour before their scheduled arrival to confirm that I was ready and arrived promptly at the appointed time. In less than 30 minutes Dave, the operator, assessed the situation, decided upon the best way to proceed, loaded the auto and delivered it to its new location. Everything went without a hitch and the price was for the amount quoted. Additionally I found Dave to be a pleasant, personable and highly skilled professional and while I hope I won't need their services anytime soon I'm extremely pleased with my choice of Jaybird Towing and unequivocally recommend them to anyone requiring the services they offer.

I would like to thank your team member, Brandon, and another team member who I did not get their name, for seeing that my son’s car broke down on Route 100 and immediately jumping out to help him. They stopped traffic and jumped his car so the car could be moved off of the highway. They could have just kept driving, but were kind enough to help him. I appreciate them so very much. You have great team members!

Brett was dispatched after my insurance company sent him due to a breakdown. Very professional and great treatment of my vehicle. Also friendly and accommodating. Brett is the model for customer service; he can make a bad day turn out pretty decent.

After contacting my insurance company for a tow Justin responded and was at my young sons car on 422 within 15 minutes. Justin’s patience and calm demeanor safely removed my sons car from 422 and dropped it off at the shop!! I highly recommend Jaybird towing!!

The starter went in my car and I needed it towed to my mechanic. Justin was at my car within ten minutes of me contacting my insurance company. He was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Jaybird towing to anyone who needs their services.

Jaybird was a real life saver! We were idiots who got a U-Haul 10’ Foot Truck stuck in mud. After spending 5 hours trying to get it unstuck ourselves, we surrendered and gave them a call at 10:45pm. To top off our bad luck, it started to rain shortly after calling. Kerry was impeccable! This is the first time we needed a recovery of a vehicle, but if we need a regular tow in the future, I know exactly who to call. Thank you so much again for everything! It means the world to have such awesome customer service.

This company helped us with towing our broke down truck. This company is not like any company I’ve ever dealt with. THEY ARE FANTASTIC! The guy who was driving was so thoughtful and caring and helpful. He really took care of us! We had such an easy going conversation with him and I can’t say enough about how nice he was! And I CAN NOT BELIEVE IT ONLY TOOK 10 minutes for themTo come out to us! WOW! I highly recommend this company! And I really wish I would have got the name of the driver.. because he was great! First time I was broke down along a highway just happened to have my grandson with me. It’s a frightening world out there as it is, but with my grandson it was especially frightening.My insurance had tow coverage and they contacted Jaybird Towing. I can say they sent angels to me that happened to have axles, tires, tools and parts instead of 2 wings.The rollback driver was professional and kind just as the owner. Something most our world is lacking these days. My truck was repaired in a timely fashion and the owner was a pleasure to do business with. I can not thank this company enough for giving me a reason for hope in the world we are living in. They are the kindest! I was saying I wished I had broke down closer to home. Not now they were truly the kind of people I wish I lived around. Thank you all.

My experience with “Jay Bird Towing” has been one amazing experience. My driver “ Dave Eichelberger” is the greatest. He loves what he does and he cares about the cars he transports. When I say he is amazing, I can’t find another word to describe him. I appreciated his professionalism, and caring attitude so much that I inquired about him again for service. If the owner is reading this, you have a great employee working for you and making your company look so GOOD!!! We need more compassionate people like “Dave”. Thanks again!!!

My daughter locked her keys in her car and needed assistance. She’s from Lancaster,Pa and of course I am worried. So I call my insurance GEICO and they sent Jaybird towing and in a timely manner ( like 15 minutes) they were there to help her. Very friendly too.She’s back on the road on her way to her friends house and to a concert.Can’t thank them enough. Sherri Tiedeken of Lancaster,Pa and a happy Mom😊

My battery died while was out shopping. I called AAA Berks/Reading, and they sent this company out. Evan was the young man who charged my battery. He was friendly, professional, took his time and answered all my questions. The time first quoted to me went over by a half hour or so, but that was my only issue. Also, I found out that AAA’s cost for a battery is at least $20-50 less than some retailers. If I ever get stuck again, I would like it to be on a Tuesday so I can have Evan help me again.

Needed a tow, called Jaybird. A young man named Evan picked up the phone and basically taught me how towing a vehicle works becasue I had never needed a tow before. Kindly walked me through the process and paying process. Once I said send the tow truck he made it from Pottstown to Exeter in about 25-30 min. Then towed me to Stowe, he was very polite and made great conversation. All in all I’d say it was 10/10. Got to me quick, and the price was fair as well. I’m calling jaybird any time I need a tow now👍🏻👍🏻

On a rainy Saturday, I came out from my swim at the Y to a car that would not start. All kinds of lights were flashing simultaneously on my dash. I was able to call my husband to come and try to do a jump start in case it was my battery. That did not seem to work at all. Next i called AAA, not knowing who would respond or how long it may take. Within 20 minutes, Brandon from JayBird Towing pulled in. He quickly used some of his diagnostic tools and determined that my 5.5 year old battery had died. He advised that he had a new battery that i could purchase on the spot, and he quickly installed it. I was able to start right up and head home. Brandon was kind, knowledgable and efficient. My classic Harley got a flat late on a Friday and I was forced to leave it in a business parking lot. I called three companies the first two either didn't do motorcycles or needed me there to pay before they would pick it up. (I was working and could not be there) When I talked to the man at Jaybird also a rider he was very concerned about my bike sitting there with thunderstorms in the forecast. My next call was to let me know it was done and safely at a shop getting a new tire. It was a holiday weekend to boot. Great experience great price great people!

Called AAA, after this first two companies failed to show, got a message Jaybird was coming. Jay got there early, was friendly and asked about the car and tried to get me going. The car was in a tight spot to tow and I was worried we would have trouble getting it out easy but he had no problem. Took my car to the mechanics for me and made a bad situation much better. Highly recommend Jaybird!

Excellent customer service. My son's Ford Escape broke down on the road and despite the rain, Jaybird was there promptly. The driver was very kind and professional. Within minutes the car was up on the truck and taken to the shop for repair. Would highly recommend.

Okay... I take it back. I once thought this company didn't care about it's customers or there service but after talking to the owner this morning.. I can admit I was very wrong. Jay.. the owner of the company... Spoke to me and not only did he make things right but this man served some of the most horrible areas to drive on. Thank you not only for fixing my issue but thank you for your service and dedication to serving the residents of Pennsylvania. It's funny... That once you get to talk to someone who really cares for his company and for the ones he serves... What a difference a phone call can make.
